This preview describes Veridien Mobile, the native Veridien app for iOS and Android. It puts the property on your phone: the day's arrivals and departures, the reservation in front of you, and the numbers that show how the property is performing right now.
The screens below show the built app. Check the Apps page for public availability.
What you can do
The app follows the web app's sections, so the pages you use at the desk are in the same places on your phone. Use it to:
- Review the day. Arrivals, departures, in-house guests, and occupancy on the dashboard.
- Work a reservation. Open a reservation, change its status, check guests in or out, and read the folio balance.
- Create a reservation. A step-by-step reservation flow built for a phone.
- Stay informed. Notifications for the events that need attention.
Select the menu button at the top of a screen to open the sidebar. It lists the same sections as the web app (Front Desk, Property, Finance, Outlets, Vesper, and Settings), filtered by your role and your property's plan.
Signing in
Sign in with the same Veridien account you use on the web. Select Get started to open the Veridien sign-in page in your device's secure browser, where you sign in with a passkey or with your email and password, plus any two-factor step. If you are already signed in to Veridien in that browser, sign-in completes in a single tap. The session returns to the app automatically, and you never enter credentials inside the app itself.
Your role and permissions carry over from the web. If a feature is hidden for your role on the web, it is hidden on mobile too. See Users and Roles.
Choosing a property
After you sign in, the app opens the property you used last. If it cannot tell which one that was and you have access to several, it shows a property picker; with a single property, it opens straight into it. To change property later, select the property name at the top of the sidebar. Switching reloads the dashboard, reservations, and other pages for the property you chose.
