Mobile dashboard

Preview

The native apps are not available for public download yet. Use Veridien in your browser.

The dashboard is the app's home screen. It answers the questions every shift starts with: who is arriving, who is leaving, and how full the property is today. It is the phone version of the web dashboard and uses the same widgets and the same saved layout.

The header

The top of the dashboard holds:

  • The menu button, which opens the sidebar. The notification bell, Vesper, and the property switcher are in the sidebar. See Notifications and settings.
  • A greeting that uses your preferred name, the one you set under What should Veridien call you? in your profile.
  • Finish setup (shown as Setup on narrower phones), while your property's setup checklist is incomplete.
  • Customize, which lets you add, remove, and reorder widgets. Changes apply to the same layout you see on the web.
  • New reservation (shown as New when all three buttons share the row), which starts a new reservation. See Reservations on mobile.

Overview

The Overview card shows the selected day at a glance.

  • The day control: select the arrows to step back or forward one day, or select the calendar to pick any day. The day follows the property's time zone, so it stays correct wherever you are working from.
  • Stat tiles: Arrivals, Departures, In-house guests, and Occupancy.
  • Arrivals and Departures: swipe through each list one guest at a time. Each guest shows their room and party, the balance (Paid, an amount due, or an amount overdue), the Stay, and, when set, the Beds and Rate plan.

Each guest has an action button. Select Check in on an arrival or Check out on a departure, then confirm. If an arriving guest has no room assigned, the app asks you to assign one first and offers Open reservation. When there are no movements, the list reads No arrivals. or No departures.

Note

Select a guest to open the full reservation, where you can change its status and review the folio. See Reservations on mobile.

Performance widgets

Below the overview, the dashboard shows the widgets in your layout that your role can see:

  • Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, each with a Week, Month, or Year window and how far the figure moved, such as "+2.1 pts".
  • Revenue, Revenue by source, Revenue by department, Expenses by category, and Revenue vs Expenses.
  • Reservations by status and Guests by country.
  • Treatments and activities: today's spa treatments and activities across your outlets.

Occupancy is measured against sellable inventory, so rooms marked Out of order are excluded. The definitions match the web app. See the Dashboard guide for how occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR are calculated.
