A faster app and a new Mac app

Opening the sidebar, a menu, a dialog or a tooltip used to make the browser restyle the whole page, which on a busy dashboard read as a stutter. That work is gone: the sidebar folds within one frame of the click, and every other control inherits the same fix.

The Mac app

The desktop app signs you in through your own browser, where your passkeys and password manager live, then comes back to the front by itself. The window has a proper title row and drags from it, and it updates itself. Download it from the Mac releases page; an older copy needs one reinstall, after which updates arrive on their own.
